I'm an AI Developer currently completing my degree in Artificial Intelligence Technology at ITLA (graduating November 2026). My experience spans from designing and training machine learning models to deploying automation tools inside enterprise environments.
At Banco BHD, one of the Dominican Republic's largest banks, I contributed to internal systems that improved operational traceability and supported automation initiatives using Microsoft's Power Platform — giving me direct exposure to how AI and data solutions integrate into high-stakes corporate infrastructure.
I approach every project with the same discipline: understand the problem first, then build the simplest system that solves it well — and can scale.

Student Enrollment Forecasting — ITLA En Cifras (2006–2025)
Analyzed two decades of enrollment data using the CRISP-DM methodology. Built and compared Gradient Boosting and Random Forest regressors, applied feature engineering and one-hot encoding, and optimized hyperparameters via GridSearchCV. Selected the best model using MAE, RMSE, and R² metrics.
Intelligent Recommendation Engine — Pet Store
Designed and implemented an ML-powered recommendation system to personalize the shopping experience. Built full preprocessing and feature transformation pipelines for model training, then iteratively evaluated and tuned recommendation logic to maximize suggestion quality.
